Once a consignment is approved, it gets 48 hours of advertising preview, followed by 24 hours of bidding. Each relisted cycle follows the same schedule.

Can I inspect the car before bidding?

Listings include photos, condition notes, VIN, title status, mileage, and optional inspection reports. Physical inspections are arranged directly between buyer and seller.

How long is each auction cycle?

Each cycle is 72 hours: a 48-hour advertising preview followed by 24 hours of bidding. Bidding and Buy Now open only after the preview. Bids in the final ten minutes still extend the bidding clock by five minutes.

What happens if the reserve is not met?

If the highest bid is below the seller's reserve when bidding ends, the vehicle does not sell. A relisted auction starts another 48-hour preview followed by 24-hour bidding, or the seller may accept the high bid at their discretion.

What happens after I win?

Buyer and seller are introduced immediately after the run closes and can coordinate payment, title transfer, and pickup or transport.

What does it cost?

$8.99 per year membership. A $495 buyer fee and a $495 seller fee apply only when a sale closes, and both include vehicle shipping handled by Shipa1 Auto Transport. There is no percentage-based buyer premium.

How does payment work?

Funds are held by RapidRides after the sale closes and released to the seller once the buyer confirms the vehicle has been received.
